WMWP, an act legal firm, advises aws Gründerfonds on investment in Adverity

Together with Speedinvest and 42CAP, aws Gründerfonds has successfully closed the seed financing round for Vienna-based startup Adverity.

Adverity offers a cloud-based software solution for the integration and evaluation of marketing data. Adverity’s solution aims to significantly simplify the processing of marketing data done brand companies and media agencies.

WMWP advised aws Gründerfonds in the course of the due diligence review as well on the the execution of the transaction. Paul Koppenwaller acted as lead legal advisor in this project.
