WMWP advises aws Gründerfonds on Hitbox Exit

Hitbox, a provider of videogame and e-sports live streaming platforms, has been sold to US-competitor Azubu. It was agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. WMWP has advised the Gründerfonds already in 2016 on the acquisition of a participation in Hitbox in the course of its last financing round. The team of Martin Wiedenbauer and Paul Koppenwallner now again advised the Gründerfonds on the sale of its participation to Azubu.
