WMWP advises aws Gründerfonds on Exit from investment in Pehn Bootsbau

WMWP has advised the aws Gründerfonds already in the course of its early-stage investment in 2013 in Pehn Bootsbau, a business which produces innovative electric boats which are used on lakes and, as Day Cruiser, also on the sea.

 By convincing another renowned investor to participate with a later-stage investment in Pehn Bootsbau, the goal of aws Gründerfonds to provide sufficient financing for a sustainable development has been achieved. WMWP advised the Gründerfonds also on the Exit of this investment.
