WMWP advises and supports private clients also with regard to contentious divorce proceedings as well as divorces by consent and divorces on other ground. WMWP’s services also cover advising on legal consequences of a divorce, in particular: marital maintenance, questions relating to parental custody and right of contact, child maintenance, proprietary claims between spouses (such as division of matrimonial property and other assets, e.g. real estate, savings, securities and the like).
