Tanja Verbunkic practices in the areas of medical, contract and corporate law. Her focus is on real estate transactions and the fiduciary handling of real estate development projects. In the context of real estate transactions, she intensively advises on the possibilities of drafting contracts with special consideration of the client’s individual ideas and wishes. In the case of real estate development projects, Tanja Verbunkic takes over the legal support of real estate development companies from the preparation of the first draft of the purchase offer to the execution in the land register and the establishment of condominium ownership. Concerning corporate law, she advises in particular on questions of company and corporate law, carries out changes in the company register of all kinds and is also specialized in company formations. In the field of medical law, she is active in research and represents practitioners (hospital owners, physicians in private practice, group practices) in medical liability suits.
