WMWP an act legal firm advises Investnet on acquisition of majority stake in FirmenABC

WMWP successfully advised Investnet on the acquisition of an 80% stake in FirmenABC. The Salzburg-based target company is one of the leading referral marketing agencies for small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria and Germany. The founders of FirmenABC will remain minority shareholders and will further support the group with their market know how and management skills. The sellers have counted on the legal advise of Johannes Aehrenthal (CHSH).

Investnet (Switzerland/Austria/Germany) implements growth and succession solutions. The acquisitions and shareholdings are financed through direct investments made by members of Investnet Verein. One of Investnets USPs is that in each investment case, at least one of the investors serves as lead investor. The lead investor personally supports the target’s strategic development by either becoming a member of its administrative or supervisory board.
