Triton acquires personnel service provider univativ Group

act legal Germany and Austria act as lead counsel

PE investor Triton acquired the majority stake of univativ Group from Odewald’s portfolio. act legal Germany, AC Tischendorf and act legal Austria, WMWP have successfully advised Triton as lead counsel on this transaction. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction still requires the approval of the antitrust authorities. Univativ Group is one of the leading providers of specialized personnel services in German speaking Europe. It employs more than 1,200 people in 14 branch offices and has a talent pool of approximately 7,000 qualified students and graduates.
