WMWP can provide comprehensive know-how in the field of intellectual property law, in particular with regard to the drafting and review of respective agreements (such as licensing agreements, research- and development agreements, know-how agreements, confidentiality agreements).
Furthermore, WMWP supports its client regularly in cases concerning the protection and defense of intellectual property rights (e.g. trademarks, industrial property rights, copyrights, domain rights, patents, designs). The offered services range here from the management of registrations and transfers in the relevant registers over the representation of clients before the Austrian Patent Office to the safeguarding of intellectual property rights in judicial and extra-judicial proceedings.
